Shipping policy

Order Processing 

We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times 

After processing your order, you can expect delivery within 4 to 10 business days, although your items may arrive sooner. Each order includes a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as weather delays, customs or postal delays

Shipping Methods 

We ship all orders using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on where you are and the quickest service available. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Shipping Fees

We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders placed on our marketplace. This includes single orders and combined orders.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen. In this case we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.

Damaged Packages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with a valid receipt of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will process the return within 2 weeks of receiving the item. We do not accept returns in which the packaging and accessories are not completely returned to us. We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost is $15.99 USD.
